Whole-Body Averaged SAR Estimation for Postured Japanese Human Models using Cylindrical-External Field Scanning Measurement for UHF Plane-Wave Exposure -Numerical Analyses for Measurement Validation-

چکیده

The purpose of this study is to establish a whole-body averaged specific absorption rate (WB-SAR) experimental estimation method using the total power absorbed by humans; a cylindrical-external field scanning technique is used to measure the radiated RF (radiofrequency) power. This technique is adopted with the goal of simplifying the exposure dosimetry of humans of different postures and/or sizes. We have carried out experimental estimation using constructed SAR measurement system for standing human models [1]. Here, in order to conduct WB-SAR measurement for various postured human models, as next step, a pilot study of numerical analyses using Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method is examined.
